Online Employer Services Portal
Welcome to the Delaware Division of Unemployment Insurance’s (the Division’s) Online Employer Services Portal!
This portal allows employers and third party administrators (TPAs) to:
- file quarterly reports
- complete adjustment applications
- submit payments for outstanding tax bills
In order to make use of this portal, you must first be registered with the Division to report wages by obtaining a State of Delaware Department of Labor Division of Unemployment Insurance Employer Account Number for your business.
The Employer Account Number, together with your Federal Employer Identification Number, is all you need to access the portal for its various uses. Assistance in registering as an employer or to access this portal is available by calling the
Division's Employer Contribution Operations (ECO) Unit at 302-761-8484 or by emailing ECO at DOL_UI_Employer_Tax_Questions@state.de.us.

There is still federal CARES Act funding available that can be allocated toward your
unemployment account balance for COVID related benefit payments. In order to qualify for these funds,
you must self-certify to a financial need to have these federal funds applied to your UI account balance.
Use the link below to take you to the certification questionnaire to submit a request to have some or all your COVID claims covered by the CARES funding.
CARES funding can be used to cover up to 50% of your account balance for COVID benefit payments made March through December 2020. Failure to certify will require you to pay the balance remaining.
